Ensure your devices is ready. If you have important or confidential data, we suggest you process to do backup before engineer is onsite. Engineer will no response to any data lost if user didn’t perform backup after formatting. 

We also advise user provide the original product key for the operating system and other related license product before installation needed.

It is depend on status of you booking. By default, customer allow to re-schedule or cancel order upon 24 hours before the appointment time. For the cancellation, the cash will replace to the coupon and it will valid for next 90 days. For the appointment time less than 24 hours, you may refer to the chart below.

For the process you may contact us at 03 2858 7550 during office hour, or email to us at order@pcservices.com.my. You must stick your order number for our reference to your case.

But however, Once the booking is make our engineer will contact you after few hour on the business day. You may direct deal with the engineer.

Usually engineer will contact you after few hour once the purchase done. If your purchase is nearly after business hour or out of business hour, engineer will contact you the next business day.

Our engineer will contact you using office phone call (03-2858 7550). If you missed the call, you may call back to engineer or engineer will contact you again shortly. You may keep track your order status in your Account, Engineer will keep updating the status in the system.

Sure, we are welcome you choose our service and recommend to your friends and family. By the way, we will suggest you can share us their name, contact, email and address. So we can arrange directly contact him/her for the visit confirmation.
